Terms of Service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms apply to Xebeka, the online role-playing game at xebeka.com, and to your account in it. By creating an account you agree to them, so please read them first. They include the rules of play, which keep the game fair for everyone. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who runs Xebeka
Xebeka is run by akApp Studio. You can reach us atkontakt@xebeka.com, the address for everything these terms mention: questions, reports and complaints.
2. A game still being built
Xebeka is in beta. Creatures, items, maps and balance change as the game grows, and the game may be unavailable for a while when it is updated. During the beta, characters and their progress may be reset, in particular when the game moves to a new server. Whenever we can, we announce a reset on this site before it happens.
3. What you need
A current web browser with JavaScript turned on, on a computer or a phone, and an internet connection. There is nothing to install.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, read these terms together with a parent or guardian.
- You create an account with an email address and a password, or with a Google account. The agreement between us starts when you create it and lasts until it is deleted.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- An account is personal. Do not sell it, share it or give it to someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time in Manage account. It is removed for good, with all its characters, 7 days later; until then you can change your mind and cancel the deletion.
5. Characters
- An account holds up to five characters.
- A name is 3 to 20 letters (A to Z), in up to three words. It must not be offensive, pretend to be staff, or copy the name of a creature or of a character in the game. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
- A character you delete is removed 7 days later. Until then you can change your mind and cancel the deletion.
6. Rules of play
Xebeka is a shared world. These rules keep it fair:
- Play yourself. No bots, macros or programs that play for you, no modified game files, and no tampering with the game's data or its connection.
- Report bugs instead of using them. If you find a way to gain an advantage the game did not intend, tell us.
- Respect other players. No harassment, threats or hate speech, and no sharing anyone's personal information.
- No scams. Do not trick other players out of their items or accounts.
- No real-money trading. Do not buy or sell characters, items or gold for real money.
- Do not pretend to be staff.
- Nothing unlawful. Do not post or send unlawful content through the game.
Fighting other players is part of the game from level 10 and does not by itself break these rules.
7. When the rules are broken
We may warn you, suspend your account for a time, or delete it, depending on how serious the breach is and whether it is repeated. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and we will look at it again.
8. Price
Xebeka is free to play. If optional paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown before you can buy them.
9. The game and its content
The game, its code and its art belong to us or to the artists who licensed their work (seeCredits). You get a personal right to play. Characters and items exist only inside the game and are not your property.
10. Our responsibility
We work to keep Xebeka running and your progress safe, but during the beta we cannot promise that the game will always be available, that it is free of errors, or that progress will never be lost or reset. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
11. Complaints
If something does not work as it should, write tokontakt@xebeka.com with the email address of your account and a description of the problem. We answer within 14 days.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the game develops, for example when new features arrive, and we announce significant changes on this site before they take effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account. If you keep playing after it takes effect, the new terms apply to you.
13. Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you play as a consumer, you also keep the protection that the law of the country where you live gives you.
